NEW LEADERSHIP DELIVERING RESULTS FOR OUR COMMUNITY
Born and raised in Winneshiek County, Iowa on small family dairy farm, I feel heavily connected to rural Northeast, Iowa. The hard work and family values is something I grew up appreciating. After graduating from Crestwood High School, I attended college and obtained a degree in Police Science. After obtaining my degree, I attended the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy. In 2010, I moved to Delaware County. This is where my beautiful wife Katelyn and I reside, and have called home for over the last 13 years. We have fallen in love with Delaware County and call this our home.
I began my law enforcement career with the Howard County Sheriff's working as a Patrol Deputy for approximately 4 years before making my transition to Patrol Deputy for the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, where I have continued my career in law enforcement for over 16 years.
